We manage residential and commercial properties across Chittenden County, and we promote from within — our goal in hiring an Assistant Property Manager is to grow our next Property Manager ($55K–$65K band) as you take on your own portfolio. HOW THE TRAINING WORKS This isn't "shadow someone and figure it out." You'll work through our structured in-house training program — a 14-module curriculum we built ourselves, covering the daily workflow, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, lease enforcement, renewals, move-outs and turnovers, and owner relations — while working alongside an experienced property manager every day. You'll take on responsibility as you're ready for it, not all at once. WHAT YOU'LL DO (FROM DAY ONE) • Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for residents • Help show apartments and process applications • Coordinate maintenance requests with our technicians • Learn the systems that run the business (AppFolio — we'll teach you) • Gradually take ownership of properties as your training progresses WHO THRIVES HERE People from hospitality, retail management, banking, customer service, and the trades.
